Decision Guidance™ is the heart and soul of what we do at Curadux. Just as the name implies, we guide your healthcare decision-making when a significant health event occurs. Simple as that. Here are the key service components which figure prominently in the Decision Guidance picture.

For starters, there’s the Personal Health Story. It’s a two to three-page encapsulation of the Member’s key health history along with their goals, values and preferences. This baseline process aligns everyone involved in the Member’s well-being.

Cx Nexus is our proprietary, HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based platform, which enables our knowledge sharing and interactions. The Personal Health Story is stored within the Member’s own personal vault on the Cx Nexus.

Your physician Care Guidesits at the center of Decision Guidance. He or she takes you under wing and stays with you throughout your illness.

Personal Health Story™

The Personal Health Story is a powerful thing. It’s a short, organized summary of critical health and personal information about you. You (or your designated supporter) provide your medical history, medications, and other health facts through a guided questionnaire on our Cx Nexus system. You then choose a meeting time and schedule a video conference with your physician Care Guide to review the information, discuss your situation, and close any gaps in your story.

Putting a Personal Health Story in place is a worthwhile accomplishment. Even if you don’t currently have a serious health situation, having this key document in place will put you way ahead of the game should something major happen. If a health event occurs while you are traveling, your Personal Health Story, and all your Cx Nexus information, is available to you, your family, your doctors — whomever you wish to grant access — anywhere in the world.

Cx Nexus™

Cx Nexus is the technology side of Curadux. We strive hard to make our technology a “best friend” to our Members and their families and caregivers. We know we achieve this goal when it’s intuitive, when it’s hassle-free, and when it works.

Our Cx Nexus is a HIPAA-compliant and secure cloud-based system providing direct access to your Care Guide, to your personal informational “vault,” and to other medical and healthcare information. Among other things, this powerful platform gives you access to video conferencing, so that you, your loved ones, and your Care Guide can have a “face-to-face” dialog.

Care Guides™

Using your Personal Health Story as the backdrop, your physician Care Guide meets with you and/or your family. This is typically a video conference enabled by our Cx Nexus.

The Care Guide is there to talk about whatever is on your mind — it could be your physicians’ recommendations, drug side effects, the importance of family history, or treatment choices. The Care Guide may suggest questions to ask your physicians and specialists, or the Care Guide will speak directly to them if you prefer.

Care Guides have a physician’s brain and also a patient’s heart to assure you get care aligned with your values and goals. They are your partner and collaborator as you deal with complex illness.
